Hello,

I have called customer care numerous times regarding overcharges to my account.  I have yet to been refunded my money due to ACE ELITE CARD negligence.  On September 18, 2013 at 9:28AM Escalation Dept Representative (Ryan) would not allow me to speak with a supervisor after requesting. Not only was I charges 0.50 cents for the call but placed on hold for 15 minutes.  The call disconnected, leaving me to call again. 

Second call: September 18, 2013 at 9:54AM Escalation Dept Representative (name unknown) could not handle my dispute. This is the second customer service rep. that could not give me insight to why my account was overcharged twice for one transaction.  After requesting, I was transferred to the Supervisor (Cassandra #784853).  I was placed on hold for 20 minutes for Supervisor to review my account and again charged 0.50 cent for useless service.

Customer service is horrible and this is just unsat coming from a banking facility.  Although their is evidence showing my account was overcharged, I received the worst treatment trying to get my money back.  Not only will I file a complaint with Corporate if my money is not deposited back into my account but METABANK/ ACE ELITE CARD will be one short of a customer.
