Ace Elite Card Netspend and Metabank which is the bank the card is drawn from Ace cash Elite allowed $1733.00 to be taken from my account and will not give it back!!!!!! Austin Texas

 I am a disabled Vetran from the first gulf war that made the unfortunatel mistake of using an Ace Elite Card,  In April 2013 my direct deposit was recorded early and vefore I found out 1733.00 was removed from my account. That was my rent money which is now behind and I am being threatenedwith eveiction.  When I called to find out what was going on they blew me off like what I had to say.  The informed me that Ace Cash Express was the place that your money couldbe protected but sofar i have ha notluck there.  I disputed the transaction fully expecting to get my money back because I did not think a company legally could just take your money with no garnishment or anything.  In addition, I paid the supposed balance they say I owe.

The dispute went to their internal arbitration and their lawyers took a look and said that the money needed to be returned.  I waited and waited. Never heard a word.  When I called to check some people acted like I was talking another language I finally got the fraud department and they said well you won this and the money should be placed back into your account, and also said that he would look into it.  I called several more times over about 6 weeks or so.  My fiance also emailed several times and I ended up being told that I needed to go get the money myselr.  According to their own terms it says they will deal with this in a certain timeframe minimum and there was a maximum time allowd as well. It It is now July 22, 2013 and I still havenot recieved my money back.  I have started filing complaints so that maybe I get some help and also so others are informed about this terrible company. 

As I said I am disabled and my fiance is as well due to the birth of our son she almost died and has lasting permanent issues as a result.  We have a family of s6 rigt now which get very expensive.  I can not pay my rent and just received court papers that if I do not pay myy landlrod will evict me and my family.  This just is not fair.  Also, it is stated in their rules that they would issue a profvisonal credit after a certain time but that has never happpended.  I have ask numerous time and get either we don;t know anything about hthis or sir please calm down and we will find out what the problem is olnly to be blon off.  I want my money back and now along with all fees that I accumilated due to this.  It is not fair that a huge comany cna just take over and run territory.  Pleast haelp me get my money back before I get evicted... Thank you!

Also, the customer service for Ace elite is terrible!  They hang up on you or act like you do not know what you are talkin about, put you on hold for ever and most of the representative.

 That was really nice that the company responded to this so quickly becasue it is public.  I had to call countless times and send numerous messages to dispute this transaction.  It is like the left hand doesn;t know what the right one is doing.  A man called my phone as well and asked about this situration.  I believe he is from Netspend.  He did absolutely nothing for me.  All I obsereved is that he hoped to try to get me to say I approved this transaction that I was at the place who took the money ACE Cash Express.  I told heim as I am telling you know, "I never authorized anyone to deduct over $1733.00 from my account!"  These people need to give me back my money.

I also just received an email from the man who called saying that they do not show that I disputed this.  I have called too many times to count about this and my fiance personally sent a written dispute through their company email.  And wow what a suprise, it is all removed from my account along with the numerous emails asking for an update on status.  I really believe this company is a bunch of crooks and I am going to probably have to sue them.
