I purchased a dyson from their online store on 11.27.11. I received an email 2 days later stating that the product will cost additional money. ( I immediately started thinking scam because of their HORRIBLE online rating) I called into their customer service center only to find 2 ladies (Immigration should be informed about their employees) answering the phone from what sounded like their living room. I was told that the item will be at my house on or before 12.10.11.
On 12.7.11 I called into their customer service center to find that my order not only has not shipped but it would be 2-3 weeks before it arrives. I asked to speak with a manager and the lady on the phone said she was the manager... I later found out that the manager is a guy named Tim and the owner is Cory Golden whom also owns Hanna Paint in Ft. Lauderdale.
I have requested my money back and called American Express to start the process of getting my money back.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!!
