I have been receiving harassing emails from this company, claiming that I have committed fraud and that I owe money on a payday loan. I’ve never taken out a loan for any of the companies they listed. I requested proof of my debt and they just threatened more about how they would be pressing charges and taking me to court. I open my email today and I get an email saying they are suing me and that there will be an arrest warrant out for me. I enough sense to know that arrest warrants don’t come through email and if this was a secondary company collecting a debt for a company, they should at least have documents with my information on it (I.e signature) showing that I owe this amount. Also I should add, they asked me to set up a payment plan at first and to send my payments via Western Union and there was no number to call to speak to a live person. That’s was a dead ringer for me. It’s a scam.
