ace pick-a-part no back packs alowed jacksonville Florida

went to ace pick a part to get some pats for my jeep,had my tools in a knap sack,which i was told was a back pack and was told that i was denied entry cause it was a back pack (which it wasnt,there where no pockets but 1on the back)i asked if got a clear back pack to put my tools in if it would be alowed,and was told it was not going to happen(would be denied entry again)there are no signs posted about this anywhere out side the place,knor is there any policy on there web site either,was told that there was but isnt,buts its policy i was told,but was not showed proof of any kind what so ever,the people i talked to at the front window and on the phone where very rude about it,my doughter was with me as proof of it all,and the guy at the window wanted to loan me/charge me for a little blue felt type bag that wouldnt have held all my tools that i needed to pull what i was going to get there,as not everyone carries tool boxes or tool bag to go to a junk yard,and no other pull a part places i go to have a policy like that either anywhere in jacksonville,and some of them are nation wide dealers,this type of behavour is not acceptable for any business.
