On October 4th an order was placed by phone with a customer service representative name Pat. Pat took the order, payment information and told me that I would recieve my product in 7-10 days. I asked for a confirmation number, and was told that they were simply the order takers and that I could call ACE Wigs directly.

On October 6th, I was charged $57.00 from ACE Wigs. On October 12th I tried to contact ACE Wigs to track my order. I left several messages by phone and three email messages. I recieved a standard computer generated response that instructed me to track my package by an invoice number. Since I never recieved a number, this was a mute point.

On October 20th I contacted the customer service number again and asked for assistance in contact Kim at Ace Wigs. I was told by Pat that the best she could do was to take my information again and try to get them to respond. As it stands, I have yet to recieve a response and I still do not have the product! The reality that I have been taken hit me.

First of all, we do not have any employees named Pat, and have never had any employees named Pat Second of all, we have no record of ever receiving an order from anyone named "Annette" on October 4th. There are literally hundreds of different wig companies online and it is common for a customer to become confused as to which company she used to place her order. It is certainly unfair to file a complaint against us when the customer refers to employees we do not have, and to an order that was never placed with us.
