Attention artists, managers, booking agents, music business folks. I would strongly advise to not enter a business venture with ACM Records. I am an entertainment lawyer, with over 30 years in the business and ACM Records is definitely not a "record label" to deal with. I have seen many cases where the artist is tricked into signing an agreement different from what they have discussed. First off, before signing any contract, any artist must consult a lawyer, to avoid scams like ACM. On the high note, if you singed their contract, it's not a valid contract that will by any means stand in any courtroom, you will just cause your self a headache.

Unfortunately there are many fraudulent businesses in entertainment like ACM, but the least you can do is stay clear of the very obvious ones.
