Received an email form this ACS Debt company indicating legal action is being initiated against me for a payday loan in the amount of $965.75 having not been repaid.

 

At no time did I apply for a payday loan with this operation. This is about the 3rd time I have receive the same threat via email from this company and am getting tired of it.
