 I received an email stating that I took out a Pay Day loan and never paid it back and now they are stating I will have action taken against me if I don't settle this.

 

I have never taken out a payday loan. THey said they have proof I signed an agreement and proof they put money in my account. I called my bank and they said no such amount was ever applied to my account.

 

I want these people found and stopped.
