ACS INC says i have a case file #AZN-4709 and the amount due is $989.50 but with court costs and legal fees the total amount due will be $4203.86 and i must respond via email within 2 days or i will be taken to court no address or state was given

rec'd an email today i can forward it to you but it basically says i owe them money and if i donlt contact them within 2 days i will be taken to court   help

NOBODY is going to take you to court when they notify you by email.  They're trying to scam you.  They gave the short deadline to respond so you don't have time to think about it and/or research it. 

To be taken to court, you need to be personally served by a process server.  Of course companies like this may claim that there is some new law that allows them to notify you by email, but that's garbage.  Ignore them.
