ACS Incorp ACS Inc SCam collection agency trying to collect on legally discharged debt Internet

This company ACS has contacted me twice so far, against Federal Bankruptcy laws, about a debt owed to a payday loan company that was legally discharged through bankruptcy.  At first the Indian man would call me from a number from 484 area code and be very rude and harassing, then people pretending to be lawyers and paralegals would call me.  I gave them my attorney's info and I gave the attorney their info and it stopped for a while. That was a couple of months ago.  now today, they sent me an email. I immediately replied to it with my attorneys name address and phone, and it went through.  I forwarded the info to my attorney and when she tried to reply, it had been shut down.   I have tried to locate them through intellius website and they get nothing.  The numbers seem to be throw away numbers or fax numbers you get off the internet.  So, with them operating in the shadows like this I don't know how to bring them to justice, because they are indeed breaking the law.
