ACS INCORP Shawn Johnson ACS Payday Loans & Lawsuit FRAUD and SCAM Internet

I have received several phone calls and an email from usa.paydayloan.collections@gmail.com , Shawn Johnson claiming that I owe funds to ACS INCORP and have a small window of time to resolve the matter by paying $963.XX  for a supposed loan that I did NOT request, apply for or receive! The email further states that... 

Court House has decided to give you chance to take care of this issue outside the Court without having a report on your Credit History and Social Security Number.

We regret that if we do not receive your response within the next 48 hours, we shall have no alternative but to take action through your local County Court to recover the amount due together with court costs and legal fees which is approximately $26XX.XX

AS YOU ARE A DEFAULTER ON THIS CREDIT UNITED LEGAL INVESTIGATION BUREAU HAS STATED 3 SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS AGAINST YOU AND THEY ARE:

(1) VIOLATION OF FEDERAL BANKING REGULATION

(2) COLLATERAL CHEQUE FRAUD

(3) THEFT BY DECEPTION

When I received phone calls, it was very difficult to understand the person calling. I asked for information to be mailed regarding their claim and have NOT received anything in writing/by mail. 

I have read several Fraud and Scam articles about this company.  The complaints are all very similar and consist of the exact same information that I am experiencing with this company. I am being told that I owe money due to a payday loan (from a person who speaks poor english), and I will be sued. The email is the exact same letter other consumers are posting online.

Since their email also states.. unauthorized persons or other use of the original message and any attachments is strictly prohibited. So I am authorizing persons to be able to read my message and request that you please report any similar messages or phone calls to the appropriate places.
