This company sent an e-mail saying that i owe 796.74 from a Advance Cash Services. They also told me that

they would call my job and start filling a litigation for intent to commit wire fraud. They went on to say, that if i don't pay, i could get fined of 4896.47. Can they do this and get away with this.
