Hahaha. Do people actually believe this stuff?

I know I don't have any outstanding debts to this effect, so it's quite laughable. They "have the right to inform credit buearus, FBI, FTC, Your Employer, and Bank about fraud". Talk about ridiculous scare tactics. The email indicates I owe $846.74, and if I don't respond, I'll owe $4896.47 "excluding loan amount, attorney's fees, and the interest charges." It even goes on to quote word for word, the Miranda rights line, "If you don't have one (attorney) or can't afford [one; left out...yea...real professional], then one will be appointed to you.".

Give me a break. This is such a scam.
