Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Action International and Brad Sugars are the best scam artists I've ever come across. They have blatently disregarded the FTC regulations and violated the International Franchise Association code of ethics contradicting the very culture they preach.
If you ever come across a business that runs worse than Action International please post it for us, I don't imagine we will see any posts.
Rich Bernstein is the perfect American compliment to the number one scam artist himself, Australian Brad Sugars who so happens recently moved to the U.S. to run from his life in Australia, a real stand up guy.
I sure hope they do not believe in Karma.

Some detail for you Jim,
1) Rich Bernstein has been convicted of Fraud and Tax Evasion, not hard to look up, they are proven, public records.
2) Action International has had NUMEROUS lawsuits in where they have been accused of misrep per the FTC regulations and yes, again, proven, public records to review. If you would like me to post the links to such records, please let me know.
3) Action International illegally sold franchisees in California without even filing with the FTC, again, proven, public records.
There is no mudslinging here, just facts.
Yes, I will be joining the numberous lawsuits against Action International when the time is right.

So Sven, what specific FTC regulations have been ignored? Tell us what code of ethics, in your opinion, have been blatantly disregarded? How do you know this information anyway?
Brad Sugars running from his life in Australia? For what? Why?
Action International runs bad? How? They sure helped my business.
