Brad Sugars Action International ripoff Fraudulent franchise filings failing to honor a court ordered wage assignment for top executive Las Vegas Nevada

I've done some of my own research on this matter and I also found the allegations were indeed TRUE. Public Records on the Nevada Clark County Recorders website along with several blogs on the internet  show that a lien was filed on 2/23/2007 against Richard Bernstein's home in Nevada by Child Support Services. The lien number is 200702230004789. This is absolute proof that during the time Rich Bernstein worked for Brad Sugars he owed a substantial amount of child support that he was not paying therefore a lien was placed on his home.

Disgusting this is where our tax dollars are going because some foreigner like Sugars comes in sets up shop and refuses to comply with our State Laws. I wonder how much of my tax dollars were used to support these kids and other Sugars pushed onto welfare.

You know several kids have been deprived their court ordered child support because you refused to honor court ordered wage assignments. You had your employees with garnishments set up shell corporations and paid their wages into those bogus corporations. Hell you did the same thing to your ex-wife Jennifer Sugars. For a millionaire just look at how you tried to screw over your own kids and Jen. Your divorce records in Nevada are public.

In regards to your partner in crime Rich Bernstein, the statement above is laughable. The Nevada District Attorney found out about that bogus company Robinson Creek Financial that you paid Bernstein's wages into and BUSTED him. But hey don't believe me just google his name for their are tons of stories on his arrest and conviction for a felony.

This is the guy you had running your company, the guy you were willing to lie and cheat for just like so many others, so their kids could starve or be a burden on the American tax payors. Your trash Brad Sugars, anyone that has to steal from children is pretty raunchy in my book and shouldn't be coaching anyone. Everyone who ever worked for you knows that and will back me up. Your kids are even growing up hating you and I am sure Jen is there to remind them how you cried poverty in family court to screw your own flesh and blood.

This woman has harassed Action International ever since Mr. Bernstein was hired. She has claimed she never received her child support payments month after month even though the checks have always cleared the bank. Ruth Collins has already been convicted of harrasment and sentenced to jail. Action has never avoided or not honored any court orders and in fact has complied with all request by all state agencies. Mr Bernstein is not the only victim of slander and harrassment by Ms. Collin buy if you check the Burbank, Beverly Hills and Los Angeles courthouse dockets you will find many more victims of her constant threats and harrasments including but not limited to Doctors, laywers, landlords and employers.
I would request that these types of reports required some sort of documentation before anyone can just write any allegations without clear proof and the damage is already done. It is unfair that forums such as these can be used to vent the anger of such an unstable personality.
