 I saw a post on Facebook regarding a free trial, only needing to pay shipping. Like a fool I clicked on it and followed the instructions to a tee. Upon receipt I contacted the company and informed them that I did not want to receive any future shipments. I was given a confirmation number and thought I was done because I had followed the instructions. Boy was I wrong. It's now been five months and I am still fighting with the shipping company Fulfillment Center who is the shipping company for Action Pro White. Each time I have received another shipment I have contacted them and they tell me "there is no records of me ever contacting them. Even after giving them the confirmation number they claim they show no record of me calling or shipping any product back. I again received a shipment from them today and after speaking with Chris for 27 minutes of demanding to speak with a supervisor and refusing to take the " no supervisor is available to speak with you at this time" I finally got to speak with a "Supervisor John" who followed the same speaking points about showing that there was no records of my prior calls. I then informed him that I was following there practice of recording my phone calls his attitude change and he was then able to find my prior calls in his system. "John informed me that all money would be returned to my account and for my troubles he stated I could keep the latest shipment for my troubles. I informed him I would be returning this shipment at there cost and expected all money to be returned ASAP. I still don't believe they will return my money therefore I want to inform as many people as possible to please don't make the same mistake I did by dealing with this company.
