active.com aka charged $90 illegally to my credit card, after a Fitness magazine subscription auto-renewed (also unauthorized) somewhere in CA

Active.com charged my card $90. The only place they could have gotten the credit card info was from Fitness magazine, which auto-renewed my membership without authorizatin. Active.com charge came through on the same day.

$90 charge was actually legitimate. My mistake.
