Led to believe we were buying a new Acura RL and that there were only 71 miles on it. We were veiwing "trip mileage" on the dash but found that when we got home and was becoming familiar with the dash that it had over 900 miles on the odometer. Also, There was an Iphone set up and there was pennies and fast food wrappers in the arm rest.
The car was originally delivered to a dealer in Tampa (175 miles away). I am of the opinion that Acura of Orange Park sold me a loaner or a car used by their execs as a new car. They said it had never been titled and it could be sold as a new car. Loophole for them, I guess. I got a used car and they took my money. I have an email where the salesman acknowledged that he knew about the mileage!
I have asked for a fraud investigation by the State. They have been very uncooperative about this and problems with the car's transmission and other components(Nav and Bluetooth sucks).
Be very cautious when dealing with this dealer.

You obviously are the dealer and you want to smooth over the lack of integrity of your company and you sleezy employee who did a bait and switch. Aren't yOu? You should be ashamed that you took advantage of elderly people. Karma will get you. Wait and see!

Could have been out on a 24 Hour Test Drive
AUTHOR: Kym-berly - (U.S.A.)

Many companys allow a 24 Hour Test Drive to allow potential buyers to realy get a feel for the vehicle. A single Vehicle can be Test Driven Multiple time s a week.
Also, If the car had been driven from dealer to dealer it also will run the mileage up.
Your Vehicle still qualifies as new
If it has Mechanical Difficulties you should return to the dealer and exercise your Warranty.
