AD Cart The Salesman lied about delivery dates. Houston, Texas

Adcart was an opportunity to market my new business in a safeway store.  Our ad was promised on the grand opening.  Adcart did not keep up with the changing dates with safeway.  They had to be called several times.  They missed the grand opening date.  They said they went by the contract.  The salesman said he was going to get that changed.  Later on he denied saying that. 

I have a witness when the salesman made a promise.  I had to practically beg to start ACH payments on their bill.  When the ad was not performing, I had the ACH stopped.  The account has gone into collections.  We are disputing their poor performance and misleading promises.  I terminated my contract.  Of course, they want a lot of money.  I would not use AD Cart or they are called cartvertising for your small business.  When their sales people call, run the other way.
