A $2470 binding estimate ended up at around $4000. Pickup on Thursday 5/10/18 and delivery over a month later on Monday 6/11/18 - sure within the 21 business days but then items were missing and damaged and the owners/management of Adam Moving will not discuss this situation with me. They extorted $650 to deliver to me when they called on Sat 6/9/18 to say they would deliver on Sun 6/10/18 but had to have cash or a Postal Money Order...so they call at 1:39pm CDT and knew that wasn't happening...they knew this especially after I was asking for updates for the past four (4) weeks...and couldn't get an estimated delivery date or any response other than how they do business and the challenges they have. They didn't use the Household Goods Descriptive Inventory checklist...at the warehouse or upon delivery. This to me is negligence. How can I be held responsible for that? The "Senior Placement Representative" Anthony Williams was good when he wanted the business but gone silent when I started sharing my concerns. This company may be in NYC, TN, TX, or WA...who knows, no one knows where they really are. It's odd I received some of my stuff but not all...

I was able to settle my concerns with Adam's Moving recently and wanted to be fair and share this. After reviewing the facts with both parties, we were able to agree on this settlement.
