Adaptive Marketing, Vista Print ripoff, deceptive, sneeky, rude, uncooperative, con-artists Omaha Nebraska

When innocently ordering thank you cards from Vista Print, I was enticed at the end of my order to earn a $10.00 credit off my total by joining a members club. The club was to inform me of sales, specials and new items available from Vista Prints. Who wouldn't have signed up to gain a ten dollar credit especially since I knew I'd be ordering more printed materials from Vista Print.

I later found out, quite by accident, that I was going to be charged a fee for this wonderful members club. I immediatley called Vista Print and asked them to cancel my membership, as I was not willing to pay for this members club privledge. They did not honor my wishes and I have been paying for this honor for several months. When I contacted Vista Prints again, they told me they could not cancel my membership, that it would have to be done thru Adaptive Marketing.

I immediatley called Adaptive Marketing only to find out that they could only credit me for the most recent month of my membership. They will not forward my calls to a supervisor, nor will they speak to a supervisor on my behalf.

I have since learned that the CEO of Adaptive Marketing LLC is Mr. Gary A. Johnson. He is also on the board of several other companies, i.e. Vertrue Incorporated. Adaptive Marketing has several locations: 750 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT 06901 and Arena Tower, 7321 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77074. None of these offices seem to have phones as I can't get any numbers to make a personal call to Mr. Johnson.

What I'm asking for is simply a refund of my "dues". $64.75 which is small change considering all of the duped people that don't even realize that they've been taken to the cleaners yet.
