Everything was going fine until the last few weeks of the agreement. At first, he said he could implement everything I had created requirements for. Towards the end of the agreement, he said he couldn't implement some of the key features.

Then he fell silent for 4-5 days at a time. WHen he would resurface, he would say something like sorry for the delay, but no progress has been made, so nothing new to report. This bought him another week or two.

Then he fell completely silent. When he got back to me this time, he said that they were oferring new services, and mentioned nothing about the contract. When I asked for a refund, he said that he had already paid his workers for the work. But the work was never completed.

I never met him face-to-face, not even on Skype or Google Hangouts. He had me PayPal the money to him.

The project died on the vine, due to David Adodis promising something he couldn't, and didn't deliver.
