I order some items from Adoreme.com close to October from last year (2014), I got what I was expecting, everything fine until there. Around 3 months later I found out that I was enrolled on their "VIP" service which is nothing but an automatic charge on my card to keep buying their stuff or have a store credit.

I looked on the webpage for refunds and a way to cancel the subscription and finally got to the reviewed on the Internet, and finally realized that it wasn't an easy task.

I decided then keep the credit and use it and just cancel the subscription. I'm not joking when I say it took me around 2 hours to get on hold of someone, I've been seeing most people saying it took them around 45, well I wasn't that lucky. I finally got on hold of someone so I just asked to had my subscription canceled since I did not wanted their products anymore, and that was it, it was cancelled - or that's what I thought.

A month later, I decided to use what I had on credit (around 75 dollars, don't remember exactly), again I got the items as expected, however to my surprise I was charged one more time a month later, my cancelled subscription was there again!!

I did not wanted to call back again and waste another 2 hours on the line on hold for someone, so I kept "skipping the month" so they wouldn’t charge me, but my account wasn't cancelled.

A little bit more than a month my card was cloned so the bank send me a new card/new number, to be honest I was happy that I was finally be able to get rid of adore me, I even got their email saying they couldn't find my card information so I would lose my VIP status. I thought I was finally free from them, but if you been paying attention this is not how it ends..., today I received an email saying that my store credit was waiting for me. At first, I thought they had made a mistake or they were talking about the old credit that I would not be using anymore, but to my surprise, THEY HAVE MY NEW CARD INFORMATION AND I NEVER GAVE THAT INFORMATION TO THEM. I don't know what to do, I don't know how they got the information on my new card and I just don't want to have any ties with this "business" anymore.

If you are reading reviewed to see if the company is worth it, be advised, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, you won't be able to get rid of them easily.

If I cannot get rid of them, I will probably have to close the bank account...
