Adrian Davis is a collaborative divorce attorney.  Before you agree to use her services, make sure you have a signed statement of the agreed-upon work and that you are crystal clear on the nature of collaborative divorce and how much it hobbles your legal options.  My spouse turned out to be uncooperative and collaboration was a total bust for us. 

I was under the impression that if we could not reach an agreement, half the fee would be refunded, but I learned upon terminating Ms. Davis that she feels her total fee is justified after 90 days from being retained.  So I'm $6000 in the hole and even further away from getting divorced than I was 14 months ago.
