ADT Security Services Inc. Integrity alarm, IMI Inc. sales men using deceptive practices to get contracts sighned for monitary Gain and lock you in for total amount sighned. Aurora, Colorado

Buyer beware a handful of Salesmen for ADT/Integrity Alarms are conning customers with existing contracts that if you sign with them ADT will buy off your existing contract to be an ADT customer.

I was conned by the sales man that came to my home. As honest as they may look I was told that ADT will buy off the current alarm company provider contract if I signed up with ADT. All I had to do was fax the remaining balance owed buy your current provider to the Fax number given by the sales guy once i became a new customer of ADT. 

I had him put it in writing although, when all said and done as I make out the 99 dollars check deposit he switches contracts and neatly folds it in a manner you will not notice and places the contract behind   their fancy folders which includes more information about ADT.

My wife and I witnessed him write it down but we did not realize that once the service was provided and the extra perks where installed 1 month later before we where to pay them our previous service provider was calling us on a late payment.

They Also warned us that ADT is notorious for this kind of Deceptive Practices and to make sure they honor it.  

 I tried to contact the sales man and he would not answer his phone I would leave a message for him to call back he never did.

I would then call Integrity Alarm which is the sales agent for ADT and they would say they will let the sales guy know but still no answers.

 I then started to pay the service provider which I had the contract with befor I paid ADT due to the deception and frustration we had with ADT/Integrity alarms.

 I figured the best way to get the sales guy attention is not to pay them because the contract was breeched. 

I never looked at my contract until 2 months in the ADT late payment calls and letters sent. I always replied to the letters letting them know that what was promissed to happen never did.

I was told to see if I had it in writing thats when I double checked the contract and ##%%$!!!!! I blew my Top and realized I was hit with the old Bait and Switch Game.

I am now in collections for the total amount of 2000 dollar contract. I fulfilled my contract with the previuos alarm service provider and have no safe security monitoring because it was canceled due to nonpayment.

 Tara Harris Director of operations for ADT/ Integrity Alarms mentioned to me they have 80 calls when they called me and tryed to work with me. I only replied back to them when i recieved their past due letters telling them the same thing over and over. 

Which is  "have your sales guy that signed us up come over and resolve this problem so we can still due business by resolving the misunderstanding of the contract we witnessed"  Till this day no reply by the sales guy just Grief from ADT/Integrity alarms and Now from the collection Agency. I am Verry Verry pissed off for letting my self get ripped off. Their should be a Class action Suit against ADT for their salesmen using deceptive Practices.

 People just do not post a negative comment about a company unless its true!

 The economy is not getting better and deception tactics are increasing someone needs to put a stop to all this fraud so if their is any Lawyers out their that will take the challenge to get these basterds and put them in their right place I commend you ADT deservs to be put out of business or their sales agents.
