Advance America Cash Advance called me today and told me I owed them money and that It was too late to pay them and I was going to be arrested and sent in front of a judge in my state of residence tomorrow.  They would not tell me the dates it was deposited and when I looked at my checking account bank statement were the money was "supposedly deposited"  their was nothing showing money had been deposited in my account by them.  

They say they have proof, and I can explain it to the judge.  I gave them my attorney's info. I also asked them if I could have their fax# to send my checking account statements, they said they have argued enough with me today and that it was too late, then hung up on me.  Sound very fishy and crooked to me.
