PLEASE READ!!!!!!! When buying batteries from Advance Auto Parts, check the warranty period VERY CAREFULLY! They give you a useless, bogus, warranty. They warranty batteries for 90 days with NO PRORATED period. So, if you spend 79.99 on a battery like I did, and it goes bad 9 months later, you are S.O.L. They dont care, all they offer to do is sell you another $80 POS. They dont care about the public like they say, all they care about is putting the mighty dollar in their pocket while screwing the public. Well, they got their last mighty dollar from me. With any luck, they will get what is coming to them in this economy.......BANKRUPTCY!

Battery Waranty.

Titanium Battery 3year Free Replacement/7yr pro-rate
Silver Battery 2yr F.R./6yr PR
Econ. Battery 1Yr F.R./5yr PR

You must have had either a lawn and garden or a Motorcycle. Why are they so low? It is because people don't charge them up over the winter. All this information was on your receipt and if asked they would have let you know.

I was a store manager of an advance auto parts store for some years. If you call the store, ask what the district managers name is, they have to tell you. Once you have his/her name, call them and ask for a refund. 99 percent of the time they will call the store and direct the store manager to refund your money. I had people that brought me in junk yard parts claiming to be Advance Auto Parts, and I would refuse the refund for obvious reasons. They would call the District Manager and he would direct me to refund the money. If that doesn't work, call the regional office or the main office in Roanoke Virginia. You WILL get your money back, I've seen it too many times.. Hope this helps you in these troubling times..

So the warranty stated "They warranty batteries for 90 days" and you feel you were ripped off because they did not replace your battery after 9 months! Please!
Get over it. You were NOT ripped off.....
