 a man named Dexter Cruz called me and was threatening to put me in jail,because he thought I owed him $645 in payday advanced loan. He found out my social security number and my personal information but i have no idea how. I never took any loans or any type of money regarding this company. The company is called AdvancedCashUSA. On the phone he was very rude and did not let me speak,he said to give this information to a lawyer and that if he would put me in jail on Friday at my work. He was harassing me and gave me a fake or false number it was 310-693-2422 the whole time on the phone he kept hanging up on me and saying that i hanged up on him. There was no wire transfer at any of my bank accounts. This Dexter Cruz would never answer any of my questions he would cut me off he never gave me any information regarding my bank or when and where the money was placed.I dont even have the money.This sounds like a big scam and i was worried. I wanted people to be aware of my problem and i hope it gets solved. I will be working on this case immediately.
