Advanced Cable Communications Loss of services for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours everyday. Coral Springs Florida

 I am forced to use cable modem due to the need to have faster upload speeds than I can get from uverse or other typical DSL providers. Unfortunately because advanced cable has a monopoly on my area I am forced to use their services. 

 Advanced cable goes down from 30 minutes to two hours every single day,  typically at the worst possible time when I'm in the middle of doing something that my Internet connection is critical for. 

 When I attempt to call customer service, the line is either busy or I get put into a hold que that is more than an hour. They offer this hold your place in line crap and they will call you back when it's your turn. Total BS. I waited once from 2pm until 12:30am before going to bed. They never called back.

 They do this because they have a monopoly,  and we as consumers have no choice.  Well I for one am sick and tired of it and I'm going to start lobbying the city to abolish this monopoly bring back choice.  If you agree with, me please add to this report.  Enough is enough!
