After speaking to a 'supervisor' and explaining that I am a disabled vet on a fixed income and was canceling as I could not afford it, nor had I received it within the 14 DAYS from the date (this was a Saturday....they're closed on SUNDAYS!!) it was 'supposedly SHIPPED, SHE SAID'....you should have called sooner because yesterday...' (which was the SUNDAY....you know....CLOSED!!) '...was the deadline to cancel it within the 14 days.' NOTE: I had tried too, also, call on Saturday but the phone would not ring through which is when I E-MAILED THE CANCELLATION NOTICE!!
After convincing her of my attempts, etc., she agreed to a FULL REFUND and I even have ALL the e-mails I've received from HER and ALL THE 'SUPERVISORS' employed there. That was March 28!!! As of today, MAY 7 and about 7-10 calls since, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. Interestingly, too, have been told it would take from 3-30 days!!!
