Negotiated a contract to use professional movers to relocate to a new home. Spoke to the owner in person to make sure the quality of the movers will be good, they won't damage our rental property and that the furniture will not be damaged.

What we got... unlimited amount of damage to walls, doors and furniture. Company refuses to pay for the damage repairs. The company is a fraud. The employees are horribly rude, one even swore at the client on the day of the move. NEVER call them. Do not fall for their lower quotes. It costs more at the end with headaches, time and inconveniences.

I wish I saw the reports found on BBB and this site before I even allowed the company in the door!
