I saw the ad on Yahoo, for a cheap teeth whitening program. Oh, how I wished I'd known of this site first. I got the same run-around others on
this site have gotten: outright lies that they never called; being told I didn't
have the right Return Authorization number; Wait until I get the next
unwanted shipment before getting a Return Authorization number.
I followed the advice of one poster and have filed a complaint with the
Florida Attorney General's office. I suggest everyone do the same.
I have filed a dispute with my VISA card company but they must hear
about this a lot; they won't block payments for the future, but instead
say to just get a new account #.

Well, as luck had it, Chase VISA's dispute department was willing to block any further charges, which didn't even have the same name as AWR. They were under Max White and My Whitening.
I told the Dispute Officer about all the complaints on this site and
the fact that there's an open case with the Florida Att'y General's
office on this company.
I will be telling everybody I know NOT to fall prey to this or any of those "combine 2 products" because a "Mom" from your town tried them and they worked. What a crock!
