I sent for a "free" "bright teeth whitening kit
less then 2 weeks later they sent another kit.
So I called them saying i didn't order it
they said i should call after 14 days to cancel
(i didn't know) i found that info on a 5th.page after i asked them for my money back.
so they took money from me for 2kits.

Not relizing from the same company i ordered a facial serum again they called it a "Free" sample they sent me twice in less then 3 weeks. charged me twice. when i called the same think they can cancel my order(i only ordered the sample) but no money back.

Pls. be aware "Free" for this company means
only free if you call to cancel right after you got it

the Free sample is NOT FREE.
total they charged over $322.00 from me

I see a lot of these free offers being complained about on Rip off report, the real people who should be complained about are some of those complaining about the company such as yourself. I looked at their site, it says if you dont cancel by the 14th day you get shipped another product.

You got blinded by the free trial, and decided not to read anything else, right when you put your credit card in, it says you have 14 days to cancel.

Why complain about a company ripping you off, when you failed to read what you were buying. Is it their fault you cant read?

People need to take responsibility for their actions, and not look for someone to bail them out of the mistakes they make. Take it as a lesson to READ what you get in to next time.
