My husband used the service for an unexpected incident. He only borrowed $300. When he asked about any finance charges or interest, he was told it would just be $30 per $100 that was borrowed. So in total that is $390, right? They told him they would take out the $90 interest/ finance charge first and then start taking out for the rest. So every two weeks they were taking out money. By the time we noticed they had already taken out $500. When we called they made up some crazy response that only could make sense to them. They said something about they were going to keep taking the $90 out until the loan was all paid. So my husband asked if u were taking out that money u could've easily taken out the money for the loan their answer was that he didnt tell them too. On top of that they claimed we owed $250 more! Wow, we borrowed $300 and have to pay $750 back!! Why in the world would we have agree to that?! These people are insane and are just out to get people. We were never late or anything with the payments because it came automatically out. They turn things around and say things in a manner that dosent make one grain of sense. Don't ever ever do business with them we regret this mistake so much, and don wish this hell we are going thru on no one.
