Initially I was pleased with the Advanta business card. I liked their web site and used it extensively to view and pay my bill. Never late, never over limit and my credit score is above 760. In June they raised my interest rate to 34.99%! I've never paid that rate for anything! A call to customer service and their supervisor provided no help. They would not/could not tell me why indicating that the information was proprietary. A letter to the president of Advanta went unanswered. Cancelled the card and will pay off the balance this month. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S CARD.
