Beware of ADVANTA BANK CORP credit cards. I had mine over two years with an APR of 8.45%. When my balance got over several thousands the APR increase to 16.99% and then 34.99% within a couple of months. I never exceeded my credit limit or made a late payment and the payments were always double or more than the minimum. When I contacted them they basically stated they could do what ever they wanted without any explanation or justification.
