We have excellent credit -used this card for our business card - never late on a payment. Jacked our interest rate starting in October 2008, to 30.08, November to 31.66%, December to 32.18%. No help from the company - just get someone in India that reads a script about there is nothing that can be dones about it. Refuses to let me speak with a supervisor.

As small businesses, we cannot allow this company to do this to us and just sit by a watch it happen. None of us can afford 32% interest on our business line of credit - we must challenge this together. Please take the time to file a complaint.
