Advantage Sales & Marketing Advantage Solutions Changed name due to lawsuits. Allows Managers to treat individuals just any way they want to. Irvine California

I worked for Advantage Sales & Marketing for over one year, until a new Manager came and fired people, caused employees to not get along with customers, made employees ill and causing them problems, etc.  Several employees quit due to her attitude, the way she treated customers and employees, etc.  She actually hired new people and gave them more hours AND cut the hours of the oldest employees, who were doing a great job.

Advantage Sales & Marketing treated people so bad, I think they changed their name from Advantage Sales & Marketing to Advantage Solutions, because of getting too many lawsuits, and them buying other companies.  I had a couple that worked for them that got a lawyer.

I actually worked for Tall Grass Talent Group and the Sunflower Group companies and I do an outstanding job in Store Demos.  I have had Vendors to want me to work directly for them and cut out the middle man, I do so well.

Hopefully, someone will read this and are aware of what is happening here in Covington, Louisiana with this company.  They even fired the Guy, Jason, who was above this manager and hired a lady Kim, who actually likes what this manager is continuing to do.

She has hired school teachers to work on weekends and cut the time for her own employees.

She does not use good Management Skills and does not get along with people.
