Advent Product Development Company rep promised a profile report which would include drawings & web page instead the report was given to me with non-substantial info and no drawings or web page. ripoff New York New York

Advent made me believe that my product will work. The rep was so confident that he said "millions can be made and that we should start marketing within a year".

I wanted time to think it over but he kept insisting I should start before someone else does. When I asked him if the product is out there already he said not to worry because our engineer can fix it if there is a similar product out there.

I put my hole trust in him when I signed that contract which in the end I had to call headquarters to demand a copy of the contract.

Up until I gave him $1,190.00 and signed the contract, he never called me nor followed up in any way unless I called him so many times to annoy him enough to return my calls or I had to call headquarters.

He promised to have a report including drawings and a web page within 2 months but it took 7 months. When I followed up he kept saying "give it some more time". I then decided to call headquarters which told me it was ready. Why was it so hard for my rep to tell me that my report was ready?

I called and left a message telling him that I spoke with headquarters and for him to check his office b/c the report is there. He called me back a few days later to make an appt to meet with him in his office.

When I went to his office, he still did not review my report so I had to wait in the lobby while he looked over my report.

He finally finished reviewing my report to tell me that 3 other products are out there with patents. He basically told me that the idea wasn't a good one and to forget about. 7 months ago he said it was a great idea now he pratically laughed saying that it wasn't a good idea. It was good enough 7 months ago for him to take my $1190.00.

I spend money and time for a rep that promised me more. He convinced me that this product will work and even said that the engineers can always fix it should there be others out there. I feel like I was ripped off.

What I am asking for is a full payment or a complete product. I don't think that I had to pay $1190.00 for a folder.
