This place will steal your money and treat you like crap. I went to ask a question about my bill And their answer was you have an upgrade I don't know how the manager Sandi got her job I felt I was talking to a tree had absolutely no product knowledge I asked her what the difference between 2 phones and she said it's better ? And iPhone 4 vs a cheap Android phone which had a 3 mega pixel camera I did not want to embarrass her but common now your supposed to be a leader. I also noticed there was no prices the person infront of me asked about a prepaid phone her price was 200 that same phone was 30 bucks at a corporate store she tried selling me a 40 dollar charger saying it charges 2 phones at same time which is I lie. I told her if I didn't like the phone my wife got me and wanted to exchange and she told me we don't have the phone you want at 1st then she tried charging me a restocking fee of 50 dollars for a phone that was 30 the phone was still in the box never used I'm happy with my motorola razer customer service made her return my phone and I know she was not happy because she would help every person in store before me return took 2 hours I think she thought I was Gona change my mind I do not recommend this store to anyone . Tips if you do make s ure they don't promise you your Activation /upgrade fee waived because they don't waive them they just say that to close a sale then when it shows up on your bill they tell you to call ridiculous second check the prices because Sandi the manager will try to sell you a phone 20%-100 more and never help you if you return other than to buy means no questions or customer service lastly do your own research because this ladys full of it .
