I want to start off by saying this company was legit was a good time when their last president was around. But ever since he quit and the owner and this rocky guy took over it's been nothing but absolute chaos, rip offs, and poor management. We no longer make any money at all because managers are on salary, the poor quality of new salespeople, regional managers dont care (and think they're so good at selling for some reason), and hell, the big accountant can't even do payroll right (got in legal trouble TWICE for how they were paying incorrectly) or on time (pay was 3 days late...and then when it was in the accounts, he WITHDREW it out causing tons of overdrafts and anger). Unless you got your nose up the president's a*s or your his friend, you will get no sort of legitimate pay. He would pay store managers he knew more money (and they ended up stealing 18 phones...and no police report?), he didn't base anything on experience just if you were good with him, he'd put u in a good store. This company has a record amount of people quitting that i've ever seen and who is replacing them? Ghetto, uneducated people who have never sold anything (legal) in their lives and they expect ridiculous goals to be hit with no incentive for people to sell. You know, in this case i can honestly say, f*** you rocky, I hope you can live with what you've done to this company. We hardly ever see our regional managers because i guess they're too overpaid and can only call us from time to time. Theyre manager does literally nothing. No exageration there, literally nothing all day but sit at corporate and look at the girls on camera bullshitting with the president. Is the owner some kind of idiot? I've heard rumors of how crazy he actually is but he must literally be stupid because the quality of the people, his new coorperate, and the stores themselves have gone to s**t. So what is the solution to this madness? Hire ANOTHER president. So now we have two presidents and the same problems. You know what, i don't know who will read this, but the president, his little group of regionals and theyre manager, the accountant/payroll, and even the d**n owner need to be removed to save this company.

I read the complaint made on this site a few months ago and felt compelled to write something in regards to the comments made about myself, my team and prior employees. After discussing it with a few people I decided to leave it alone. Unfortunately, another one was written and now for the sake of just getting it off my chest, here is my rebuttal.
First and foremost, in the complaint titled 3G WIRELESS AND AFFORDABLE PORTABLES do not work for either of these terrible companies!!! nor buy something from them!! Southern California ; the person who wrote this mentions that the previous President had been fired. This is not true! The prior President left on his own terms and of his own free will. He is wished well by many former employees and good luck in all he does in the future.
O.k. it's meat and potatoes time.
In an economy in which several companies are going out of business this company has continued to prosper over the last 8 months. Sales have increased year over year, in an industry where most retailers are seeing a 17% or greater decrease, I would say we are a far cry from running this into the ground. So why the verbal commotion? Lets face facts. Some people don't like to work. Yes this company use to be on a draw system. It had no structure and no foundation to build upon. No quotas and no one to manage to them. We had 2 employees working in a store. One was called a Manager and one the Assistant Manager. Neither (in most cases) had any formal training or experience before coming on board. They received commission for what they sold but were not held accountable for they lost in inventory. What the complainant fails to mention is the commission and bonus structure that comes the salary that was a slap in the face'. The point is that most people who don't want to do the work only look at the guarantee and not the potential. There is not one manager in this company making base salary only. Most of them are making a bonus or commission from month to month. Some unfortunately, are not. These are the people that have their minds made up that there is nothing more than base and don't manage their teams. The purpose of this structure is to promote growth. Failure to do so will surely bring in the demise of any corporation. It has worked in many other businesses that I have had success in running and in being the top leader in and it has proven itself here as well.
In reference to employees not being paid the same for doing the same job just because they know me? As I sit here in my chair with one side of my mouth grunting because I am wasting my time writing such a unnecessary rebuttal , the other side is still laughing hysterically at these absurd accusations. I brought forth a few employees from a previous employer that I worked for and yes these employees did make their way into a well deserved A store status store. These employees who have years of experience were prior Winner Circle and President Cabinet winners from the prior company with sales and management accolades for greater than those of their peers their and at AP. These managers have stepped into their roles and driven the businesses of their new stores to higher standards. Neither of the (2) managers that I brought on board were handed anything nor did they steal 18 phones as mentioned in the second complaint. The individual that did steal the phones was caught and the police have taken action. This not information that the general public would have information on and there was no reason to share it other than to clear the name of the person being falsely accussed. In reference to the fact that all the new people hired on are "uneducated" and "ghetto"; all I can ask is that anyone who reads the second complaint read the spelling and grammer and then remember the phrase; "Don't throw stones in glass houses"!
So why take the time to write this letter? Because I know the person that wrote this feels they have accomplished a milestone in their life by writing something and posting it for their peers to read. This letter is not designed to throw stones at that person but to assure all the other people that work for this great company that are reading this that this business still has their best interests in mind. By driving this company to new height through goal setting, spiffs and positive recognition we can become stronger and better than our competition. The company will succeed and you will make more money for yourselves. I often say to all the employees You decide how much money you want to make, I will sign the check. Please don't get caught up in other peoples inability and desire to bad mouth such a great company and continue to help yourself make it an even better place to work.
