I recieved a collection notice for a verizon account in NY. I never had Verizon when I was in NY and that was almost 14 years ago. They spelled my name wrong. This seems like a major scam to me.

afni false collection letters The company afni sent us false collection letters stating we owe hundreds to Direct TV, which we do currently use their services and are in good standing with the company.
