Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have never had the phone number they purportedly are trying to collect an old bill on. Have no knowledge of any outstanding bills ever with Verizon Inc.

These idiots purchase debts pennies on the dollar and most of them are not legitimate. They either have the wrong person, the wrong address..whatever. Send them a certified letter requesting a validation of the debt. Do not deal with them over the phone because it will get you nowhere. They must respond in 30 days. This is per FDCPA. You will get harrassed constantly if you don't get real serious with these bottom feeding scumbags.
