Afni, Inc. Afni, Inc. (collections agency) for Dish Network Scam, continues to collect on a debt we reported to police as fraud Dallas, Texas

My mom was contacted by her credit alert service as to an issue, she contacted the Dish Network and reported the fraud.  She filed a police report and filled out the necessary paperwork for Dish Network.  Have all the fax confirmations.  This company then updates the fraudulent account with her current address (wrong name of course because it was fraudulent).  Now sending her letters.  I am an attorney, advised them of same, asked for fax number to provide the police report.  The representative (a woman) refused to give it to me, after several minutes (she kept talking over me and refused to listen) she eventually hung up on me.  Claimed that I must speak with Dish Network, was calmly explaining that we had done all that and filed a police report and just needed a fax to send this company a copy.  Repeatedly refused to provide me with anymore information as to the company or notate that a fraud has been reported.  She said have a good day and hung up.  

Very poor customer service. This company should be out of business they continually harass people for money when most of the accounts were fraudulently obtained.  Dozens of complaints online of similar situations.  Very sad company.
