I received a settlement letter from these guys for a Qwest telephone account. When I sat down to pull up their website all these complaints about them came up.

I don't remember ever doing business with Qwest, so I looked at my credit report and neither a collection account for Qwest or AFNI appear anywhere on it. I don't even recognize the phone number this account is supposedly related to.

Beware of these people!
