Agent Insider Agent Insider (A.I.) They charged my credit card w/o permission & then refused to cancel the charge for future services. Rancho Cordova, California

Good afternoon. I am a self employed insurance agent (one man band) & was purchasing leads from a company called Agent Insider (A.I.). Their phone # is: 866-892-4080 (client services). I originally allowed them to charge my CC, but I terminated my business relationship with them in November, 2011. On 11/01/2012, I looked on my email & they charged me $252.00 for a business listing that they claim I signed up to automatically renew if I didn't call them back in 30 days or some crap. I immediately emailed them back & told them to both cancel this charge + I forbid them to ever charge on my CC again, but they completely ignored my request. I personally called them on 11/02/2012 @ 866-892-4080 & finally spoke to a Brian (in their client services dept). He was a real wise-guy & informed me that I can't get out of this charge. I asked him for a supervisor & he told me that he is one. I asked him who his boss is & his name is Brandon Roshea (X8272). I have called & left Bandon Roshea messages & he doesnt return my phone calls. I told Brian that I don't want his business listing any more, but he refused to cancel my account & wound up charging my credit card on 11/05/2012 anyways. I called my credit card company (Chase- 800-698-0120), back when I discovered this illegal charge on 11/01/2012 (when I first received the email that they are charging my CC) & told them that I want to dispute this charge so I am going through dispute resolution as we speak. I received a call today (11/05/2012), from Chase stating that A.I. did indeed put the charge through my CC anyhow (after I forbid them both on the phone + on my email). Chase is sending the dispute resolution paperwork to me today via the mail to get the process going against A.I. In addition; A.I. is owned by Bank Rate & I cant get a hold of anybody to talk to there either. I am so furious & very frustrated & wondered if you guys could help me please?
