I fell for thei Crypto Alert Newsletter services in September 12, 2017 and an amount of $3000 was charged to my credit card.  This was for a life time subscription.   I now discover that this was just a Bait and Switch operation of theirs as the original pitch man Louis Basenese had left their publication end of December 2017.  In January 2018 I was informed that Rich Jacobs had taken over the running of this newsletter and service and he was well qualified.

However, compared to Louis B's recommendations I did not find him reliable as he made one recommendation in the following months to sell two of the crytos in the model portfolio and then a couple of weeks later he said to buy one of those back again.  This did not make sense, but the crypto market was volatile so I decided to be patient and not do anything.

Then in July they claimed Rich Jacobs had quit and Ray Blanco was taking over.  However, Ray Blanco stated to sell almost everything in the portfolio and there was no investment advise coming from him.  Again I figured the market was volatile and decided to be patient, only to find out in August that they had switched me over to another of their newsletters which I was not interested in.

I phoned and was put on hold for 30 minutes at least.  Then was told to talk to Kristen Saunders as she was the saleswoman, but to send her an email, which I did.  She called back stating I was given membership in another newsletter.  I told her I did not give permission for that and wanted my money back. She said company policy was "No refund" and I could choose any of their numerous newsletters.  Why would I choose something I am not interested in?  When I told her that,  she very adamantly told me there would be no refund, even though I pointed out to her this was a Breach of Contract and I was well within my rights to demand a refund!

I need your help in exposing these scammers as there are plenty of reviews on them when one googles Agora Financial.
