aHappyDeal.com davismicro@gmail.com Misleading and False Advertising products Internet

 On September 15, 2013 I ordered a Cell Phone (unlocked GSM) from aHappyDeal.com. The website stated the phone was in stock and that it would ship within 24 hours. I also elected to purchase expedited shipping for an additional cost in order to receive the product within 5-7 days as stated at check out.

On September 17, 2013 I send aHappyDeal.com a support ticket regarding my order since it was still listed as being processed. The ticket was never answered and in fact it was deleted manually.

On September 18, 2013 I initiated a Case Dispute with PayPal regarding this order and lack of communication from the seller (aHappyDeal.com). On Septermber 19, 2013 aHappyDeal.com responded saying that that the products are now in stock and that they will ship as soon as I close the dispute.

Sad to say you will notice on ALOT if not all of the Ripoff Reports for this company that they want you to close the dispute before they will ship. Fact is, they already have your money so they need to ship the product anyway but are holding the products you order as hostage to protect their Reller Ratings.

Also it is important to note that you do not want to CLOSE a dispute on this company until you actually receive the products your order because they have a history of this. In fact, if you close the dispute it is nearly impossible to re-initiate the same dispute in PayPal for the previous order so you would be doing yourself an injustice in doing so.

If this company continues to use these HOSTAGE type practices I promise to post EVERYWHERE humanly possible online about my experience and to warn others of their false advertising of IN STOCK products and Expedited Shipping when in fact it is not true.
