Next time when you shop on internet, check the web store's BBB rating first. Recently, I had a bad experience dealing with aHappyDeal.com. Surprisingly, they have a 4.8 out of 5.0 user rating from 438 reviews.

If the product is still under warranty, you pay for returning the item to us, and we will send back the replacement item to you at our expense. If you are not satisfied with the product or the damaged item was your fault, then you should cover the postage for both sides.

In my case, for a $200 transaction, I can only get $50 back because I need to pay postage for both sides. This is absurd and totally unacceptable.
